Family and Community
At CP Farms, we understand that the success of our business is built on strong relationships with our employees, suppliers, and customers, which is why we prioritize these connections and our community involvement. We enjoy staying in touch with our community through our social media accounts where we share updates on our farming practices, crop yields, and even run giveaways to support local businesses. We also take pride in giving back to our community by supporting community events like the Barnwell Pioneer Days and opening our doors for school field trips.
We value our employees and recognize the important role they play in our business. That’s why we prioritize safety by providing safety training and protective equipment, and offer health and wellness programs to support our employees’ well-being.
Alberta Open Farm Days
We are happy to host Alberta Open Farm Days, we love being able to welcome visitors to our farm and showcase our agricultural operations and products. During Open Farm Days, we open our doors to the public and give visitors the opportunity to explore our farm and see firsthand how we produce high-quality food using modern farming technologies.
We are passionate about what we do and love being able to share our knowledge and experience with others. During the event, we offer guided tours of our storage facilities and teach our visitors about the various stages of cultivation, from planting to harvesting, to storage and transportation. Visitors are welcome to tour some of our farm equipment, such as tractors and combines, and we are happy to teach our guests how our equipment is used in our daily operations.
In addition to the educational opportunities, we also offer visitors the chance to make their own fries from our locally grown potato fields. We are proud of the high quality of our food and enjoy sharing it with others.
Overall, Alberta Open Farm Days is a wonderful event that allows us to connect with our community and promote the importance of agriculture in our province. We always look forward to participating and hope that visitors leave our farm with a better understanding and appreciation for the hard work that goes into producing the food they eat.
